Suzuki Samurai Differential Rebuild Kit08/06/2010

The DT Components product line has expanded to include a Standard and Master Rebuild Kit for 1988-1995 Suzuki Samurais.  These kits service both the front and rear differentials.  The DRK-360 Standard Kit contains all of the bearings, pinion seal, pinion nut and crush sleeve that are necessary to complete a rebuild.  The DRK-360MK Master Kit contains everything that is in the DRK-360 Standard Kit along with the pinion shims and ring gear bolts.

New Differential Rebuild Kit For 2009 & Later GM 1/2 Ton Trucks09/21/2009

New Differential Rebuild Kit For 2009 & Later GM 1/2 Ton Trucks – North Coast Bearings has released the DRK-321Q and DRK-321QMK kits for the 2009 & Later AAM 8.6” Axles.  The redesigned 8.6” Axle contains larger, higher capacity pinion bearings that are not interchangeable with previous models.

The DRK-321Q standard rebuild kit contains pinion head & tail bearings, differential bearings, pinion seal, crush sleeve and pinion nut along with gear marking compound, thread locker and silicone gasket maker for the cover.

The DRK-321QMK kit contains everything in the DRK-321Q kit along with the pinion adjusting shims, differential shims and ring gear bolts.

Timken Tapered Roller Bearings Last 7 Times Longer Than Other Brands04/15/2009

In a recent study, Timken tested the bearing life of their case-carburized wheel bearings along with four other brands of case-carburized bearings that are produced in North America.

The results of the test showed that the Timken bearings significantly outperformed the other brands.  The bearing life of the closest competitor was only 13% of the bearing life of the Timken bearings.  The bearings of the other three competitors had an even shorter bearing life.

North Coast Bearings has added the DRK-307 & DRK-307MK kits to the DT Components product line.  These new kits are for the rear differential on all 2004 & Later Dodge & Freightliner Sprinter 3/4 & 1 ton vans. 

The DRK-307 contains the pinion head & tail bearings, differential bearings, pinion seal, crush sleeve and pinion nut along with gear marking compound, thread locker and silicone gasket maker for the cover.

The DRK-307MK kit contains everything in the DRK-307 kit along with the pinion adjusting shims, differential shims and ring gear bolts.
